At MrDappers, we are committed to providing our customers with the best shopping experience, including fast and reliable shipping. Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible, so you can start enjoying your new products!

1. Order Processing Time

  • We offer next-day shipping on all orders placed before 2:00 PM IST.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed the following business day.

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. We strive to ship all orders on the same day for next-day delivery, but processing times may vary during peak seasons or special promotions.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently offer shipping across India.

  • At this time, we do not ship internationally, but we are working on expanding our services.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

  • Next-Day Delivery: All orders placed by 2:00 PM IST will be shipped out on the same day and delivered the next business day.

  • For areas where next-day delivery is unavailable, the standard delivery time is 2-3 business days.

  • We partner with trusted courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery of your products.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is FREE on orders above ₹1000.

  • For orders below ₹1000, a flat shipping fee of ₹100 will be applied at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number and a link to track your package.

  • You can track your shipment anytime on the courier’s website or through your Shopify account.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order is already processed for shipping, we will not be able to make changes or cancellations.

7. Missing or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us immediately. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue and ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible.

8. Important Notes

  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Some factors such as weather conditions or courier issues may impact delivery times.
